House calls
One-off visits for the kind of problem that's hard to explain over the phone. Common examples:

About Me
I've spent 14 years doing general IT work, web development, and server administration, including stints at Microsoft and Electronic Arts. I hold CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, and PenTest+ certifications, as well as a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
My specialty is explaining what's going on with your technology in terms that make sense, without using technical jargon.
I'm also a local. When you call, you're talking to the person doing the work, and I'm reachable if something needs a follow-up.

Rates
House calls: $100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Each additional hour is billed in 30 minute increments.
Project work: Quoted as a flat price, before the work begins.
